How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend starting 6–12 months in advance for complex itineraries, river or small-ship cruises, ski holidays, or peak-season destinations. This ensures the best availability and value for accommodations, experiences, and upgrades.

For last-minute travel, if our schedule allows, we may be able to take on your request for an additional service fee. Options can be more limited, but we will always advise you on what’s possible.
